Ask the AI Advisor

I automated a report that ate two hours every Monday.

One team I worked with started every week the same way. Someone exported four files, cleaned them by hand, pasted them into a template, and sent it round by ten. Two hours gone before the real work even started.

We rebuilt it so the data pulls itself, tidies itself, and lands in the same template on its own. The person who used to build the report now just reads it. Same report, no hands.

The best part was not the time saved, though two hours a week adds up quickly. It was that the report stopped being wrong. No more fat-fingered paste, no more last week’s numbers left in by accident.

Most weekly admin has this shape. If a job is the same every single time, it is a candidate to hand off. You often do not even need AI for it. You just need to stop doing by hand what a computer will do for nothing.
